- Private and Public COAs
Private COA
A Private COA is stored in our database but hidden from public search. Access requires the unique verification key associated with the report.
Customers are responsible for protecting their verification keys. Anyone who receives a valid key may be able to access the corresponding report. True Atom personnel and service providers may also access private reports when reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide support, maintain security, or comply with law.
Public Verified COA
When Public Verified COA is selected and company-domain verification is completed, selected report information may become publicly searchable and linked to the verified company domain.
Publicly displayed information may include:
• Company name and verified company domain
• Compound or sample description
• COA and report identifiers
• Test dates and analytical methods
• Purity, content, and reference-comparison results
• Chromatograms and related analytical data
• Verification status
We do not intentionally publish complete payment information, account passwords, private verification keys, personal billing addresses, or the email address used for company-domain verification.
Before requesting a Public Verified COA, you must have authority to associate the submitted sample and report with the identified company. You may contact us to request a correction or removal, although some information may be retained when necessary for security, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, or legal compliance.
- Research-Use Samples
True Atom’s services are intended for research-use analytical samples.
Do not include patient names, medical histories, Social Security numbers, human-subject records, protected health information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information with a sample.
If we receive information that appears unnecessary for performing the requested testing, we may delete it, restrict its use, or contact the sender for clarification.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies for:
• Essential website and shopping-cart functions
• Security, authentication, and fraud prevention
• Remembering preferences
• Measuring website traffic and performance
• Understanding how visitors use the website
• Advertising and campaign measurement
Your browser may allow you to delete or block cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website, checkout, account, or COA verification system from working correctly.
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for these signals, our website may not respond to them except where required by law.
Where legally required and technically supported, we will treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of covered sales or sharing for the browser or device transmitting the signal.
